    Seller Profile

Your seller identity controls how your business appears to buyers on checkout pages, invoices, and your public storefront. These details are now managed directly on the Shop page.

    Where to Find It

Your seller profile fields have moved to the Shop page in the dashboard sidebar. Look for the Your Details section between Shop Settings and Products.

    Fields You Can Configure

    Business Name

Your company or brand name. This is displayed prominently on:

    • Checkout pages your buyers see
    • Invoices you send
    • Your public shop/storefront

Enter the name exactly as you want it to appear to customers.

    Logo URL

A direct URL to your business logo image. For best results:

    • Use a square image (e.g., 200×200 or 400×400 pixels)
    • Host the image on a reliable CDN or image hosting service
    • Use HTTPS URLs for security

Once you enter a URL, a preview of the logo will appear below the field so you can verify it looks correct before saving.

    Contact Email

The email address shown to buyers on your checkout pages. This lets customers reach you with questions about their purchase. If left blank, buyers won't see a contact email on your checkout pages.

    Link

A link to your website, Instagram, or anywhere people can learn more about you. This can help establish trust with buyers who want to learn more about your business before completing a purchase.

    Description

A short description of your business. This may be displayed on your public storefront and helps buyers understand what you offer.

    Saving Your Profile

After filling in your details, click the Save Settings button on the Shop page. You'll see a confirmation when your settings have been saved successfully. Changes take effect immediately — any checkout pages or invoices will use your updated details.

    Where Your Profile Appears

Your seller profile information is used across several features:

    FeatureWhat's Shown
Checkout PagesBusiness name, logo, and contact email
InvoicesBusiness name and logo in the header
Public ShopBusiness name, logo, and description
    Payment LinksBusiness name and logo

    Tips

    • Keep your logo URL stable. If you change where your logo is hosted, remember to update the URL here too.
    • Use a professional email. A business email (e.g., billing@yourcompany.com) builds more trust than a personal email.
    • Update your profile before sending invoices. Invoice headers are generated using your current profile at the time the invoice is created.
